Undoubtedly one of the blue-chip names in the Napa Valley, Staglin's organic farming methods are designed to produce the most developed and intense flavors possible. Vineyard manager David Abreu has been working with some of the finest vineyards in the Napa Valley for over 20 years and sustainable farming has been practiced since 1990. The Cabernet berries are sorted and selected individually, so that only the best fruit makes it into the fermenting tanks, and stems, seeds, and leaf tannins are kept out.
