	Mad Fish Unaoked Chardonnay 2005 This wine is pale straw in appearance with tinges of green. With a combination of riper white peach, melon aromas, finer grapefruit and citrus characters the nose exhibits a wonderful aromatic drive bursting with fruity esters. The palate displays complexity with layers of fruit flavours balanced against the leaner, elegant citrus flavours. The finish is generous and long with a clean acid thrust. 	Mad Fish Riesling 2006 The wine is a pale straw colour with lively, steely green tinges. The nose is a fragrant blend of lavender, limes, apples and slightly more tropical passionfruit. The initial impressions on the palate are of a seamless structure, riper passionfruit flavours and a lingering finish of minerally citrus acids. 	Mad Fish Sauvignon Blan/Semillon 2006 The wine is very pale with green hues. The wine displays the strong aromas of cool climate Sauvignon Blanc with grassy herbal characters tempered by some more floral honeysuckle notes derived from the Semillon. The palate is very fresh and lively with clean crisp acids providing a refreshing palate. The Sauvignon Blanc with grassy characters and hints of tropical fruits dominates the flavour profile. The power of the fruit is emphasized by the way the oak has been absorbed seamlessly into the matrix of the wine. 	Mad Fish Pinot Noir 2005 The wine has an encouraging depth of colour, seldom seen in cool climate Pinot, displaying youthful tinges of purple to crimson. The nose is a rich, enticing blend of dark berry fruits, violets, a gamey, mushroom complexity and savoury French oak. The palate begins with flavours of black cherry and strawberry, leads onto a more textured, richer mid-palate of dark chocolate and finishes with a long spicy, French oak back palate.
