	Graham Beck Brut Rose 2005 The Graham Beck winery's maiden Brut Rosé Méthode Cap Classique was made at the Robertson cellar from pinot noir and chardonnay. The cellar treatment was unique in that the whole bunches of each cultivar was jointly pressed in the same press. After fermentation, the wine was bottled for the secondary bottle fermentation with a minimum of 36 months yeast contact before disgorgement. The wine has a beautiful salmon pink colour with strawberry fruit flavours. The aromas are light and yeasty, with good freshness on the nose and a rich creamy complexity on the palate. 	Graham Beck Blanc de Blancs 1999 6x75 cl A 100% chardonnay Méthode Cap Classique made from grapes grown in Robertson’s limestone soils. Only the premium juice is selected for this wine, 50% of which was fermented in Piece Champenoise barrels to ensure richness and an added dimension of flavour. After blending this wood-matured wine with chardonnay fermented in stainless steel, the wine was bottled for the second fermentation with yeast contact for at least 48 months. The result is a complex, full-bodied sparkling wine with yeasty aromas and a creamy complexity on the palate. To be enjoyed on its own, with any food and at any time! 	Graham Beck Brut NV 6x75 cl A Graham Beck classic. This Méthode Cap Classique is made at the Robertson Cellar from a blend of 50% chardonnay and 50% pinot noir. The two varieties were blended separately and then crossblended, bottled and left for 24 months to undergo secondary fermentation in the bottle. The wine is characterised by light, yeasty aromas, a rich and creamy complexity, with the fine mousse giving it freshness and finesse. Great with seafood and light meats. 	Graham Beck Merlot 2003 full 100% Merlot made at Graham Beck's Cellar in Franschhoek from two selected vineyards. The juice was fermented on the skins for seven days to ensure optimum flavour. Fermentation in stainless steel and 12 months French Oak maturation. "Deep velvety red colour, with rich mulberry and oak flavours on the nose. 	Graham Beck Pinotage 2003 The grapes for this unique South African cultivar are from dry land vineyards on our Firgrove farm and tough gravel and sandy loam soils on our farm in Franschhoek. The grapes were fermented in open fermenters and aged for 12 months in American Oak. "Ripe cherry and tropical fruit on the nose with sweet and spicy flavours on the palate. 	Graham Beck The William 2001 6x75 cl A blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Pinotage. The Cabernet Sauvignon comes from well established vineyards on our farm in Firgrove and the Pinotage from 17 year old vineyards on our Franschhoek farm. The Cabernet was matured in French Oak for 13 months, while the Pinotage matured for 10 months in American Oak before blending and bottling.
