Valle de Cafayate 1999 The flagship. of the Etchart range and named in honour of Arnaldo Bernardo Etchart. the founder of the family firm Supreme quality grapes from some of their oldest vineyards are dedicated to making this wine. 80% Malbec and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. After a classical vinification. the young wine is transferred to new French oak barrels for 18 months ageing.
